5 x Drills for 2 Players – Forward/Backward Movement

In these drills we focus on consistency and forward/backward movement. The first exercise is a warm up, but can also be a great accuracy exercises. You can make all of these exercises as easy or difficult as you like by changing the tempo.

These drills are used by players at WPT level all the way down to beginners starting to play, you just have to adjust your objective in the exercise!
