Padel Physio Course

According to a survey we conducted among our members, 40% mentioned they were either injured or recovering from an injury due to padel. This very statistic inspired us to create this course to help our members stay on the court longer and enjoy their padel without the discomfort of playing with injuries.

That’s why we teamed up with Melanie White – a hugely experienced physiotherapist in the market to bring you our TPS Physio Course. In this course we’ve compiled decades worth of padel and physiotherapy experience to create a series of easy-to-follow videos that will put you on the journey to being injury-free.

We cover step-by-step all of the key exercises, stretches and strengthening exercises that you need to do – and the great thing is you can do all of these exercises at home! There is no need for expensive gym equipment or machines, meaning you really can achieve your goal of playing padel injury-free without a big gym membership bill.

Stay on the court longer and enjoy playing padel feeling flexible, strong and injury-free.

Meet Melanie White – Our Expert Physiotherapist

Mel is a qualified physio specialising in musculoskeletal and sports injuries for over 12 years across a variety of sports including padel.

Her interest in sport stems from being an elite runner in her younger years and has worked across the NHS, private clinics and in professional sport since then. She still likes to keep fit and active in her spare time and finds padel is a great way to do this. It also keeps her highly competitive nature in check.

She’s super excited to be a part of The Padel School team to try and help find ways to minimise the risk of member injuries in the game.

Love that it’s specific for padel
The best thing about this course is that it’s specific to padel. Loads of my friends get injured from padel and I’ve managed to avoid injuries…a big reason is this course. Thx as always guys.
